Teach assigned classes. Arrive in a timely manner to complete set-up for class in accordance with lesson plans. Complete all lesson plans thoroughly and in a timely manner. Lesson plans should clearly state objectives and be creative. Responsible for preview class sales conversion and retaining members. Make follow-up phone calls and emails. Maintain all student records to include attendance, timely follow-up phone calls, and prompt payment. Assist with phone coverage and front desk responsibilities. Contribute a great attitude and a proactive work style all the time.
