The Bridge Church is a non-denominational, multisite church located in a rural community, and we are passionate about creating environments where people can encounter God and grow in their faith.
We are in search of a high-energy, diverse Worship Leader to lead the worship ministry from our home campus, where services are broadcast to multiple other campuses.
We’re looking for someone who brings passion, creativity, and authenticity to worship—someone who values team, leads with excellence, and reflects the diversity of God’s Kingdom.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop worship and worship teams at the home campus, where services are live and broadcast to additional locations
- Manage Planning Center Online: upload chord charts, keys, practice tracks, vocal assignments, and tutorials on time
- Schedule musicians and worship leaders for weekend services and additional events (e.g., student ministry, special services)
- Plan and lead rehearsals, ensuring musical excellence and spiritual unity
- Recruit and develop worship team members at all skill levels
- Collaborate with the Worship Pastor on service planning, creativity, and execution

- Preferred: Background in religious studies, worship leadership, or music studies
- Preferred: Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting
