Are you passionate about shaping the minds of young students and making a positive impact on their lives? Saint Francis of Assisi School is seeking a dedicated Middle School Teacher to join our team. As a teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in a supportive and enriching Catholic environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• 7th Grade Homeroom Class
• Teach 6th Grade, 7th Grade, & 8th Grade On Target Math Classes
• Teach 6th Grade, 7th Grade, & 8th Grade Social Studies Classes
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Provide small group instruction to meet the needs of all students
• Utilize differentiated instruction strategies to support diverse learners
• Communicate regularly with parent(s)/guardian(s) to provide updates on student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive curriculum

Required Skills:

• Teacher Certification Preferred (Elementary, Middle School Math and/or Social Studies Certification)
• Required Clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Record Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Safe Environment Training, etc.)
• Genuine love of children
• Experience with instructional strategies and lesson planning
• Knowledge of Common Core State Standards
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to create individualized education programs
• Background in curriculum planning and development

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 to $45,000.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, health & wellness programs, sick leave, holiday pay, paid time off, and paid parental leave.
