Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide small group instruction to students with special education needs
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress
• Conduct preschool assessments and develop individualized education plans
• Hold parent conferences to discuss student goals and achievements
• Implement instructional strategies that support diverse learning needs

Required Skills:

• Experience with NAEYC and Common Core State Standards
• Background in early childhood education and elementary education
• Strong knowledge of social studies curriculum
• Experience with classroom management and implementing the Responsive Classroom approach

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of project-based learning strategies
• Background in reading intervention techniques
• Ability to plan and implement curriculum using Google Classroom

• Maximum Salary: $86,949.00
