Join Our Team as a 3 Year Old Teacher at Rainbow Connection!

Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact on young minds? Rainbow Connection is seeking a dedicated 3 year old teacher to join our team in Murrysville, PA. As a teacher at Rainbow Connection, you will have the opportunity to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Implement small group instruction to meet the needs of each student
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Utilize instructional strategies to support student learning
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized education programs

Required Skills:

• Understanding of child development and behavior management
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans

Requirements for prior to official start:

• Clearances are required prior to starting. If you do not have them we will help you obtain them
• CPR/First Aid training is required prior to starting. We can help you obtain this as well.

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $22,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $26,000.00
• Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off
