Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our vibrant community. The ideal candidate will inspire young minds and educate them using our rigorous standards-based curriculum that emphasizes 21st-century skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and standards.
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a cohesive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal methods and tailor instruction to meet the needs of each student.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about students' progress and engage them in the educational process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification in elementary education.
• Proven experience as an elementary teacher.
• Strong understanding of math concepts and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and creative.
