About the Role
As a Multi-Classroom Teacher, you will provide day-to-day instructional support across multiple kindergarten through fifth-grade classrooms at our Stratford School campus. Each morning, you will report to the campus and receive your assignment based on classroom or supervision coverage needs. In addition to classroom teaching, you may support with general student supervision or assist the Principal with daily campus operations.

Location : Santa Clara Pomeroy, CA
Salary: $58,500-$70,000
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (10-Month School Year)
Travel: May be required to support nearby Stratford campuses
What You'll Do:
Provide classroom coverage as needed
Follow established lesson plans or create new ones for long-term assignments
Collaborate with lead teachers and school staff to ensure a smooth classroom experience
Assist in managing student behavior and maintaining classroom routines
Provide coverage in classrooms or administrative support as needed
Adapt to different grade levels and teaching styles with professionalism and flexibility
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (required)
Prior classroom or educational experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and a passion for working with elementary-aged children
Willingness to be flexible and step into a variety of classroom settings
