This Is Not Your Average Children's Ministry Role

At Transformation Church, we believe the next generation isn't just the future of the Church — they are the Church. We’re looking for an energetic, passionate, and innovative leader who loves kids, loves families, and loves raising up a team of world-changing volunteers.

This is a BIG role for a BIG vision. You won’t do this alone. You'll be leading leaders, building teams, and creating irresistible environments where kids (Infants-5th grade) encounter God in real and powerful ways.

A Leader of Leaders

• Passionate about building, training, and equipping volunteer teams who love kids and love Jesus.

Creative & Strategic

• Able to dream up unforgettable experiences for kids (on Sundays and beyond) while making sure all the details are handled with excellence.

Passionate About Kids & Families

• Ready to partner with parents and create safe, dynamic spaces where kids are seen, known, and loved.

Administrative Ninja

• Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to manage schedules, curriculum, safety processes, budgets, and communication plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Casting vision and setting strategy for all things Kids Ministry at Transformation Church.

• Leading all weekend kids programming — Infants through 5th grade.

• Creating epic outreach events for kids and families — from Kids Camp to Easter to Halloween.

• Recruiting, training, and pastoring a dynamic volunteer team.

• Partnering with parents to help them lead their kids spiritually at home.

• Ensuring safety and security procedures are top-notch.

• Managing the kids ministry budget with stewardship and creativity.

• Collaborating with church staff to bring the vision of TC to life in the kids ministry environment.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who:

• Loves Jesus deeply and is living a growing, authentic relationship with Him.

• Loves kids and wants to see them experience the love of God in transformational ways.

• Has strong leadership skills — you're a team builder and a people developer.

• Is organized, excellent with details, and able to manage multiple moving parts.

• Communicates well with parents, kids, volunteers, and staff.

• Is adaptable, innovative, and ready to try new things to reach kids.

• Embraces the vision, values, and faith statement of Transformation Church.
