Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of educational best practices.
Collaborate with other educators to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.

Strong skills in curriculum development to create effective lesson plans.
Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively.
Proficiency in learning technology to enhance classroom instruction.
Attention to detail for proofreading educational materials and student work.
Knowledge of literacy education strategies to support reading and writing development.
Experience or training in special education practices for accommodating diverse learners.
Background in childcare principles to ensure a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Ability to write clear, concise reports on student progress and classroom activities.
Familiarity with Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus.
