Special Education Teacher

American Traveler is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a Mild/Moderate K-5 assignment requiring a current Colorado SPED license.

• Work in a public elementary school setting serving grades K-5
• Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Average caseload of 18 students
• Assignment for the 2025-2026 school year
• Position focuses on providing instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff as part of the education team
• Resume required for consideration

• Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) teaching license required at the time of consideration
• Teaching credential must be issued prior to the start date
• Experience with mild/moderate special education student populations preferred
• License required if applicable
