Special Education Teacher

North Miami Community Schools has an opening for a special education teacher to work in our RISE classroom at our Elementary school beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.

Requirements

• Certification in intense intervention preferred
• Certification in developmental preschool preferred
• Experience in special education classroom instruction
• Ability to build relationships with student and families
• Maintain consistent, punctual and regular attendance
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
• Ability to pass extended background check before employment
