Key Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license
- Bachelors degree in special education or related field (Masters preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with high school students with unique learning needs
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to high school students based on IEP goals
- Develop, update, and maintain Individualized Education Plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide engaging, differentiated lessons that support diverse learning styles and needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success within the least restrictive environment
- Communicate regularly with families to provide updates, strategies, and resources
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
