Located near Charlestown, NH, this role begins in August 2026 and concludes in June 2027. We are seeking two, possibly three, dedicated educators to provide exceptional support and case management to students in both high school settings and, potentially, elementary or preschool grades. Key Qualifications: Valid state certification in Special Education, or eligibility to obtain it Demonstrated experience teaching in a school-based setting, ideally with diverse learning populations Strong skills in IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation Ability to manage cases efficiently while fostering positive relationships with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams Adaptability and eagerness to work within different school environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Role Responsibilities: Instruct and support students with a range of learning differences Develop, review, and manage IEPs to meet student needs and state/federal compliance Collaborate closely with other educators, support staff, and families to promote student success Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and data-driven instruction Participate in professional development activities and departmental meetings Provide case management for assigned students, ensuring delivery of services and appropriate documentation This full-time opportunity offers a weekly schedule ranging from 32.5 to 37.5 hours.
