Position Overview

IHA seeks a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to create a positive, engaging learning environment while delivering high-quality instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Utilize formative & summative assessments to track student progress

Differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs

Communicate regularly with parents & colleagues

Support students academically & socially through individualized instruction

Participate in professional development & school events

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in education or related field (or equivalent teaching experience)

Certification: Valid state teaching license (If in the process to obtain, we can talk)

Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred

Skills: Strong classroom management, tech integration, and differentiated instruction
