Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven ability to adapt curriculum and instruction for elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Familiarity with specialized instructional strategies for math across K-12 grades
• Skilled in classroom management and fostering an inclusive learning environment
• Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute individualized education plans tailored to each students needs and grade level
• Instruct students in both individual and group settings, adapting techniques and materials as necessary for varying abilities and ages
• Collect and analyze student performance data to guide instructional decisions and IEP updates
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure program effectiveness
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Communicate consistently with parents/guardians regarding progress and goals
• Employ effective classroom management for a safe, engaged, and positive environment
