Job Description

The Physical Education Teacher provides services to SWCEC Grow School (an approved public day therapeutic school) and contracts with member districts as assigned. Responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate physical education curriculum, including IEP goals, fitness programs, and recreational activities. Monitor student progress, complete assessments, maintain records, and consult with teachers, therapists, and families to support student development. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ensure safe use of equipment.

Provide direct and consultative physical education services to students in the Collaborative and member districts, as needed based on contracted services.

DESE license in PE, Health, Special Education preferred. Candidate will complete CORI, fingerprinting and physical management training.

Part time position 3 days per week.
