Key Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support under the direction of a certified teacher

• Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) when needed
• Track and document student progress and behavior
• Foster student engagement and participation

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience working with children, students, or individuals with special needs is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain patient, reliable, and professional in a school setting
