Paraprofessional Role for 26-27 School Year

We are hiring a Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting through both one-on-one and small group assistance. This role is centered on helping students with diverse learning and behavioral needs stay engaged, build skills, and succeed throughout the school day.

Responsibilities :

• Work directly with students to support participation in classroom activities and instruction
• Reinforce lessons and provide additional guidance based on teacher direction
• Assist with behavior support, transitions, and maintaining daily schedules
• Observe student performance and note progress or concerns as needed
• Partner with teachers and school staff to provide consistent, student-focused support

Qualifications :

• Experience working with children or students in an educational or support setting preferred
• Familiarity with behavior strategies or willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
