Sunbelt is working with a school district in the Cornwall, Pennsylvania area that is hiring a full-time Paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This is a school-based role supporting students in the classroom with instruction, behavior, and daily learning support.

Responsibilities:

Assist students during classroom instruction and learning activities
Provide behavior support and help with redirection when needed
Support students in 1:1 and small group settings
Reinforce teacher-led instruction and classroom expectations
Help maintain structure and daily routines

Requirements:

High school diploma required
Experience working with children preferred but not required
Ability to support academic and behavioral needs in a school environment
