Duties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the school's mission.

? Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of students.

? Assess student progress through observation and provide support to struggling learners.

? Track student progress and communicate achievements and challenges to parents.

? Offer guidance to parents on how to support their children's academic success.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

? Valid Illinois Teaching License

? Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check

? Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate

? Collaborate effectively with his/her colleagues

Salary/Benefits

Salary:

Teachers will be placed on the Diocesan Teacher Salary Scale of $29,000-$48,000 according to years of

experience and education.
