Qualifications:

• Certification in Special Education (active and in good standing)
• Demonstrated experience working in a school setting with students requiring special education services
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, students, and families
• Flexibility to tailor instruction to diverse learning needs
• Ability to implement IEP goals and report on student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction aligned with each students IEP
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress
• Collaborate closely with ESY staff, administrators, and families
• Support a positive and structured classroom environment
• Adjust instructional strategies to foster student engagement and growth
