Plans, leads, facilitates, and instructs for maximum student learning in the Early Childhood Special Education Classroom, providing an appropriate curriculum. Will make every reasonable effort to meet established outcomes based on the student's individual education plan (IEP), given the student's capacity and motivation to master learning objectives. Provides activities designed to create interest and enthusiasm for a personal grasp of knowledge. The teacher will provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
