Special Education Teacher

Serve as TOR for 3rd and 4th grade students o Meet all compliance areas for special education including behavior plans, data collection Provide Co-teaching support in the general education classroom. Conduct case conferences, write compliant, accurate, and attainable IEPS Complete progress monitoring and keep constant communication with parents. Identifies, selects, and implements SDI in both small group and large group settings. Assesses curricular needs and offers plans for improvement. Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and community. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by school or district administration Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, attending faculty and department meetings.
