The current grant is funded through 9/30/2027. Your position, therefore, is contingent upon continuation of funding of these grants and satisfactory job performance. *** The Early Childhood Education (ECE) Specialist position is an inclusion-focused role that provides CalBLOOM-aligned coaching and job-embedded support within classrooms. ECE Specialists model UDL strategies, facilitate reflective practice, and support co-teaching teams in integrating inclusive practices into daily instruction. With backgrounds in early childhood or special education and expertise in evidence-based practices such as UDL and the Pyramid Model, they bridge theory to practice and ensure high-quality implementation. This role is supported by dedicated leadership time, professional development, and structured collaboration opportunities, allowing teams to plan, reflect, and continuously improve.
