Key Responsibilities

? Provide consistent supervision and care during events and programming

? Support structured and unstructured activities

? Ensure safety and positive behavior management

? Assist with setup and cleanup of childcare space

Qualifications

? Previous childcare or youth experience required

? Ability to adapt quickly in different settings

? Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred

? Bilingual (English/Spanish)

? Experience in community programs or nonprofits
