Kindergarten Instructional Assistant - Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School

Job Summary:

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is looking for a full-time instructional assistant to support the Kindergarten classroom. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a positive learning environment for young students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers and students
• Completion of background check and mandatory trainings

Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Assist students with classwork and projects
• Supervise students during various activities
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required
