Lead Teacher at Private Christian School in San Diego

Hourly pay: $17+ per hour, depending on experience

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, year around

Job description: We are seeking a reliable, nurturing Lead Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate will create intentional, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support the spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth of each child. Key responsibilities are to develop and implement daily lesson plans, establish routines, guide behavior positively, manage the classroom, and foster social skills like sharing and independence.

Requirements:

-An active believer and member of the Christian faith and Church

-Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education credits completed
