Intermediate Elementary Teacher (Grades 4-6)

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Intermediate Elementary Teachers to join our upper elementary team. Our intermediate team thrives on collaboration, data-driven instruction, and fostering a growth mindset in students. Grade levels and specific subject assignments for the upcoming academic year will be determined based on the strengths, certifications, and preferences of the hired cohort. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction for intermediate elementary students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate regularly with grade-level and subject-area Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and administration.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arkansas Elementary Education Teaching Certification (or reciprocal state license).
• Strong understanding of child development and intermediate pedagogical practices.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
