In this role, youll play a vital part in shaping the minds of toddlers, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families. What Youll Do:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and Reggio Amelia curriculum for preschoolers ages 2 years and 9 months through 4 years old

• Work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (6:30 AM 2:30 PM), two late shifts (10 AM 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays

• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

• Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators

What Youll Need:

• EEC certification in Preschool (required)

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred but not required)

• Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
