Grade 3 Teacher - Long Term Substitute

This is a long-term substitute position starting August 25, 2026 - January 19, 2027.

The duties commonly associated with the position include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of curriculum content
• Planning, assessment, and implementation of effective instruction
• Promoting high standards and expectations for student achievement
• Effective communication with students, families, and district employees
• Promoting equity and appreciation of diversity
• Knowledge of school wide curriculum materials preferred, such as Fundations, Bridges Math, Units of Study/Readers Workshop, and Responsive Classroom
• Familiarity with educational technology
