Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification for Special Education (State of WA eligibility or willing to obtain)
- Prior experience working with special needs students preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
