Tipp City Schools is seeking a passionate and qualified Kindergarten Teacher to join our team for the 20262027 school year. We are looking for an educator who is dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment and building a strong foundation for student success.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio teaching license in Early Childhood Education (PK3)
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and achievement
• Implement district curriculum and instructional best practices
