Lighthouse Christian Preschool is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher Aide to join our amazing team! We are a faith-based preschool seeking someone who loves working with children, works well in a team environment, and is comfortable participating in the Christian aspects of our program including prayer, chapel, and biblical values woven throughout the day.

## Requirements:

* Minimum of 12 ECE units completed
* Comfortable in a Christian preschool environment
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Reliable, responsible, and professional
* Passion for working with young children
* Ability to communicate well with staff and families
* Flexible and willing to jump in where needed
* Must be able to pass a background check and meet all California Community Care Licensing requirements

## Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year experience working in a preschool classroom
* CPR & First Aid Certified
* Experience with classroom management and daily routines

## Responsibilities Include:

* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and supervision
* Supporting children's learning, play, and social development
* Helping maintain a safe, clean, and loving classroom environment
* Participating in chapel, prayer, and school events
* Working closely with an amazing team of teachers and staff

Additional Information:

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
