Desired Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification (Illinois PEL with LBS1 preferred)
• Relevant experience with diverse caseloads in special education, ages 3-22
• Familiarity with Embrace and experience using the CPS System portal
• Full-time availability for the 2026-2027 school year (August 21 May 28)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instructional and case management services within a dedicated special education school
• Manage and implement IEPs using Embrace
• Participate in paid team meetings and collaborate with school professionals and families
• Support students academic and social-emotional growth with innovative approaches
• Work in a dedicated space with both itinerant and on-campus assignments
