Desired Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification (Illinois PEL with LBS1 preferred)
- Relevant experience with diverse caseloads in special education, ages 3-22
- Familiarity with Embrace and experience using the CPS System portal
- Full-time availability for the 2026-2027 school year (August 21 May 28)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instructional and case management services within a dedicated special education school
- Manage and implement IEPs using Embrace
- Participate in paid team meetings and collaborate with school professionals and families
- Support students academic and social-emotional growth with innovative approaches
- Work in a dedicated space with both itinerant and on-campus assignments
