Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications*Background in early childhood education or experience with Reggio Emilia-inspired curricula or other play-based learning approaches.*Strong understanding of schemas and childhood developmental principles*Familiarity with integrating arts, music, and nature into daily learning activities.*Proficiency in using observation, documentation, and assessment skills to track child development.*Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members.*Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.*Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.Education:Minimum of high school education or equivalent is required
